Sharon A. Ruffcorn

Sharon A. Ruffcorn, 77, of Quincy, went to be home with her Lord and Savior on
Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
Sharon was born February 16, 1949, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Martin and Erna
(Altheide) Spory. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at an early age.
She was united in marriage to Lewis Ruffcorn on September 2, 1972. Sharon was an
active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Quincy teaching Sunday school, AWANA
and singing in the choir.
Sharon started school in a one room schoolhouse in Tioga, Illinois, later graduating from
Warsaw High School. From there she attended Grand Rapids School of Bible and
Music in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Returning home she enrolled in St. Mary’s School of
Nursing, and after graduating began working at St. Mary’s Hospital until the birth of her
first son. She then changed her roll to mother and housewife. Years later she went
back to nursing at the Adams County Health Department, retiring in 2005. She
delighted in her sons, daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren. Sharon enjoyed quilting,
making many gifts and watching her kids play basketball in school.
Sharon is survived by her husband of fifty-three years, Lewis Charles “Chuck” Ruffcorn
of Quincy; sons, Nathan (Abby) of Bloomington, Illinois, Mark (Lindsey) of Mesa,
Arizon and Eric (Sarah) of Lewes, Delaware; six grandchildren, Adeleine, Andreana,
Madeleine, Sophia, Chaelen and Rinley; her brother, Wayne (Janet) Spory of Sutter;
and other nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Calvary Baptist
Church in Quincy, Illinois, with burial to follow in the Sutter Salem Bible Church
Cemetery near Sutter. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, June 5,
2026, at Calvary Baptist Church in Quincy.

Alan Ray Klossing

Alan Ray Klossing, 65, of Sparta, WI, passed away on May 26, 2026, at Gundersen
Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, WI, after a courageous 12-year battle with
cancer.
Born on December 13, 1960, in Quincy, IL, Alan grew up in Carthage, IL. As an adult,
he moved to WI, where he raised his family. Following his divorce, he returned to
Carthage, IL. After being diagnosed with cancer in 2014, Alan continued working as
long as he was able. When his health no longer allowed him to continue working, he left
his job in 2017 and moved back to WI in 2018 to be closer to his children. He remained
a resident of Sparta, WI, for the rest of his life.
Alan spent many years working at Strata’s Foods, where he formed friendships that
lasted a lifetime. His co-workers became some of his closest friends, and he cherished
the relationships and memories he made with them over the years.
Above all else, Alan loved his family and friends. After returning to WI, one of his
greatest joys was spending time with his grandchildren, Alycia and Alex. He loved
watching them play sports, cheering them on from the stands, and having sleepovers
with them. Those special moments together brought him immense joy and created
memories that will be cherished forever.
Alan was known for his quick wit, playful sense of humor, and ability to make people
laugh. He loved fishing, playing bingo, playing cards and board games, scary movies,
and cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers. Whether he was telling jokes, sharing
stories, or giving someone a hard time just to make others smile, Alan had a way of
bringing laughter into everyday moments.
Throughout his cancer journey, Alan faced each challenge with determination, humor,
and resilience. His strength and perseverance left a lasting impression on everyone who
knew him.
Alan is survived by his mother, Shirley; his children, Angela (Nathan) Jones, Amber
Klossing, and Michael (Victoria) Klossing; his siblings, Lester (Jr.), Danny (Theresa),
David, and Gayle; his grandchildren, Alycia, Alex, Sawyer, Lucile, Violet, and Brian; and
his first and only great-grandchild, Kade, whose arrival brought him immense joy and
whom he was grateful to have the opportunity to meet. He also leaves behind many

cherished nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends who will miss his
humor, friendship, and presence in their lives.
Alan will be remembered for his laughter, his strength, his love for his family and friends,
and the countless memories he created with those around him. Though he will be
deeply missed, the stories he told, the jokes he shared, and the love he gave will remain
in the hearts of all who knew him.

remembrance of Alan and celebrate a life filled with humor, perseverance, and love.

Patricia Mary Laffey, born May 4 th , 1955, in Brooklyn, New York, to Robert and Mary
Kearney, passed away, May 30th, 2026, at her home in Carthage, IL.
Trish, as she was known, was an accomplished woman. She worked in the Information
Technology sector specializing in human resources throughout her career. She rose to
high offices in several large corporations, retiring as Director of Human Resources for
Tenet Healthcare Corporation in Dallas, TX.
She and her husband, Tim, retired in 2004 to Carthage, where she designed and built
their house on a portion of the old family farm. She grew to love the open fields, wooded
ditches, and streams and to relish the wildlife she saw around her. Still, family remained
central to who Trish was and she kept close ties to them out east in New Jersey and
New York, visiting them often. There was rarely a time her brothers and sisters, nieces
and nephews were not in her thoughts with the brightest of lights shining on her mother,
Mary, who she missed more than words convey.
Trish brought light, love, and life to every occasion. She loved music of all types and
could dance till daylight. Every car ride with her was a concert. And she loved people,
loved their stories, would laugh and cry with them, and few stayed a stranger for long.
She will be missed but in time, more often with smiles than tears.
Trish was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara, and nephew, Kyle.
She is survived by brothers Rob, Terrance and Kevin Kearney, sister, Geri Silagyi,
nieces, Nancy Carey, Kathy Schwarz, Corina Graves, Tina Silagyi, Erin Kearney and
Lauren Crutchfield, and her nephews, Aiden and Brendan Carey, and Micheal Silagyi.
Trish became an integral part of the Laffey’s, loved by her husband's entire family,
brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews. She was accompanied to the end by Robin
Laffey and Donna Tracy who held a special place in her heart. She lit our lives.
A funeral mass will be held at 11am on Friday, June 5, 2026, at the Immaculate
Conception Catholic Church in Carthage. A visitation will be held from 4 - 7pm on
Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. Please join the family for
a celebration of life party out at the family farm following the funeral service. Memorials

Vivian N. Hanlin

 

Vivian N. Hanlin, 92, of Hamilton died on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at home surrounded by her
children. Vivian was born on July 3rd, 1933, in Alexandria, Missouri the daughter of Virgil
Wilson and Olive Brown Wilson. At the age of six, her mother married Harold H. Hagmeier who
Vivian considered as her Daddy for the rest of her life.
While she was in high school, she worked at the Wells Way located on Main Street in Keokuk.
One day while she was working there, Clayton E. Hanlin observed her working in the ice cream
bar window as he was driving down Main Street. He was immediately smitten. A mutual friend
introduced them, and they began dating but Clayton was soon drafted into the United States
army where he became an Airborne Ranger fighting in Korea. After graduating from high
school, Vivian worked as a telephone operator in Keokuk and Burlington Iowa. Vivian became
engaged to another man. Upon returning to Keokuk after the end of his service Clayton looked
up Vivian. The second she saw him she realized that no man had ever made her heart beat like
Clayton and that marrying anyone else would be the biggest mistake of her life. He proposed to
her by telling her that if she gave the ring back to her fiancé, he would put another ring on her
finger so fast that her finger would not get cold.
Months after their engagement they eloped and both of their families were not happy since
they thought the two of them were not well matched. That was until their oldest son, Steve
was born. Both sets of parents agreed that he was an adorable baby and maybe there was
hope for their union. She was a wonderful full-time mother who taught her children they could
achieve any goal or job through hard work, and education. Clayton and Vivian’s incredibly
happy marriage lasted for 66 years until Clayton’s death in 2020.
She was a member of Hamilton United Methodist Church where she participated in several of
the women’s club activities and taught Sunday School for several years. She enjoyed being a
member of Hamilton, Illinois’s Chapter-U P.E.O. where she was President for several terms.
She was a long-time member of the Hamilton Floral Society. She was Den Mother for Cub
Scouts and Room Mother and PTA member at Hamilton schools. She served as a Girl Scout
leader and worked as a counselor at Saukenauk Girl Scout Camp. She served as a vice president
for the Two Rivers Girls Scout Council. When her children were small, she served two terms as
president of the Hamilton Young Mothers’ Club. She served several terms as the chairperson of
the Hamilton IL zoning commission and spearheaded writing the current zoning rules that have
been copied by municipalities across Illinois.

Highlights of her life were her husband, family, and her clubs. She loved to travel with her
husband and took multiple trips to Egypt and Europe exploring not just the big cities but small
towns. She and Clay took train trips across the U.S. and many river trips on the Delta Queen,
Mississippi Queen, and American Queen. While in Washington DC she enjoyed a show at the
Kennedy Center while sitting in the President’s Box, had lunch at the White House and met
President Clinton in the Oval Office.
She is survived by Steve (Jeffrey) Hanlin of Nauvoo, Jane Walters of Rock Island, Illinois, Mark
(Amy) Hanlin of Montrose, Iowa, and Kirk (Veronika) Hanlin of Arlington Virginia; a brother, Jeff
Hagmeier of Boston, Massachusetts; and two grandchildren, Lucas (Morgan) Hanlin of
Fayetteville NC, and Savannah (Dylan) English of Keokuk, IA; and two great grandchildren,
Clayton Hanlin and Quinnley English. As well as nieces and nephews; Dan (Jennifer) Hagmeier,
Sara K. (Joe) Hagmeier-Ciarametaro, Cathy Hagmeier, Keith (Rose) Hagmeier, JoAnna (Linus)
Fedler, Billy Briley, Brad Briley, Barbara (Robert) Calloway, and many cousins. She was
preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Rick Lee Hanlin; a sister, Patricia
Betterton; a brother, Harold P. "Bud" Hagmeier; and a son-in-law, Dick Walters.
Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2026 with Funeral services
following at 2:00 p.m. at Printy Funeral Home 917 Blondeau St. Keokuk, IA, with Paster Mark
Hanson officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton.

Cassandra Malloy

1944-2026

Cassandra Malloy, 82 of Keokuk, IA passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.

     She was born January 18, 1944 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of Floyd Leo and Wahneta Mae Thompson Link.  Cassandra graduated from Keokuk High School.

     On December 27, 1975 Cassandra was united in marriage to Richard Malloy at Trinity United Methodist Church in Keokuk. Together they shared many happy years of marriage until Richard's passing on February 9, 2026.

   Cassandra had been employed by Sheaffer Pen in Ft. Madison, IA for over thirty years, until her retirement on April 1, 2006.

     She was a member of the Keokuk Saddle Club and had a lifelong love of horses. Cassandra found joy in the simple pleasures of life and was happiest when spending time outdoors. She enjoyed watching birds, especially hummingbirds, her miniature ponies and horses.  One of her favorite pastimes was scooting around the farm in her golf cart, visiting with friends, and keeping up with everything happening in the community. Her daily conversations with her dear friends Lois, Kim, and Becky were a cherished part of her routine.   Cassandra and Richard enjoyed spending time together searching for hidden treasures. They looked forward to annual trips along the Spoon River Drive, where they enjoyed visiting vendors and discovering unique finds. The couple also shared a love of attending auctions and antiquing, always hoping to uncover a special treasure to add to their collection. More than anything, Cassandra loved her family. She treasured time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and took great pride in watching her family grow through the generations.

     She is survived by one daughter, Leslie Teeters of Keokuk and three grandsons, Quinton Banes, Marcus Banes and Ryan Banes and four great-grandchildren, Madison Mae Banes, Leightyn Marie Banes, Halleigh Dean Banes and Brynlee Mae Banes and a bonus great-granddaughters, Allison and Tranetta “T-One”.

     In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Lori Ann and her lifelong friend and horse riding partner, Sherry Nan Kirchner.

     A gathering of remembrance will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with family meeting with friends at that time.

Mary L. Lucas McManis

1933 -2026

 

     Mary L. Lucas McManis, 93 of Keokuk, IA passed away Thursday, May 21, 2026 at River Hills Village in Keokuk.

     She was born February 23, 1933 in Iowa Falls, IA the daughter of James George and Kathryn Jones Heslop.  She graduated from Eldora High School with the class of 1951 and later from Simpson College where she earned an elementary teaching degree. 

     On August 16, 1953 Mary was united in marriage to Eugene M. Lucas in Eldora, IA.  He preceded her in death on April 16, 2002.  On November 24, 2006 she married Kenneth McManis in Keokuk.  He preceded her in death on April 28, 2017.

     In 1962 Mary moved with her husband and two children to Keokuk where they purchased Hill Printing Company.  She worked alongside her husband as the bookkeeper and office manager until it was sold in 1994.  After her retirement she worked part time for licensed physical therapist, James B. Smith, until 2003.   

     Mary was a faithful member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. She was one of the first three women chosen to serve as an elder at the church. Through the years she faithfully held many offices and served in numerous ways. She was active on many boards and committees including Chapter U, PEO for fifty-nine years, Service Circle, Consistory, Trustees, and Elders. She also taught Sunday School and sang in the church choir. Mary was also an active member of the Hoerner Y for more than sixty years.  

     She enjoyed aerobic classes at the Y for over twenty years, volunteering and working at the church, and most of all spending time with her family. Her faith, dedication to service, and caring spirit touched many lives throughout the community.

     She is survived by four children, Susan Bergstrom (Rob) of Ft. Madison, IA, Jeffrey Lucas (Christina) of Chicago, IL,  Jennifer Noel (Kirk) of Columbia, MO, Scott Lucas of Scottsdale, AZ and, four step-children, Gail Ralya of Springfield, MO, David McManis of Bradenton, FL, Mark McManis of Frisco, CO and Cyndi Mason of Keokuk, two grandchildren, Seth Noel (Makaela) and Kaleb Noel (Katie), three great-grandchildren, Grayson, Lucas and Jensen, nine step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by one sister, Nancy Flickinger of MA. 

     In addition to both of her husbands, she was also preceded in death by her parents, two siblings, Lois Strother and James Heslop, one sister-in-law, Rita Heslop and two brothers-in-law, Don Bekemeier and Jim Flickinger and several nieces and nephews.

     A funeral service will be held at a later date.

Rose Marie Thompson Boley

1934 -2026

 

     Rose Marie Thompson Boley, 91 of Keokuk, IA passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026 at her home.

     She was born September 25, 1934 in Vincennes, IA the daughter of James and Verna Marmion Thompson. 

     On July 18, 1953 Rose was united in marriage to Robert William Boley.  They shared sixty-two wonderful years together until Bob’s passing on December 28, 2015. 

     Rose had been employed by Iowa Army and Ammunition Plant, Motorola in Quincy, IL and Shaeffer Pen in Fort Madison, IA. 

     Rose and Bob enjoyed many motorcycle trips across the United States on their Harley Davidson. 

     Rose was the heart of her family.  She was a loving mother to five children, Mike, Steve, Dennis, Cheri and Debbie.  Rose was a proud grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.    Rose was a friend to everyone she met and was beautiful inside and out, with a soul and a smile that made everyone feel at home.

     She shared a love story for the ages with her husband Bob.  Even in their 80’s, they still laughed, flirted, and adored each other like newlyweds.  Though he passed away ten years ago, their love never faded.

     Her loyal dog, “Max” never left her side.  Just as she never stopped loving the people around her. 

     She lived with kindness, joy, and grace, never having a mean bone in her body.  We will miss her deeply, but we take comfort knowing she is reunited with the love of her life again.

     Rose is survived by three sons, Steve (Pam) Boley of Keokuk, Mike (Eva) Boley of Warsaw, IL and Dennis (Brandy) Boley of Keokuk, two daughters, Cheri Soper and Debbie Boley both of Warsaw, IL, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by two half-sisters, Karen Wright and Joann Humes and many nieces and nephews.

     In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Ella Mae Cannon and Ruby Hallinan.

     A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with Pastor Larry Wallingford officiating.  Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw, IL.

     Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10-11 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home with family meeting with friends at that time.

Marjorie L. Neally, 94

Marjorie L. Neally, 94, of Warsaw, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at
River Hills Village in Keokuk.
Marjorie was born on November 6, 1931, in Warsaw, Illinois, the daughter of Lawrence
Goldman and Mary Alice (Shaffer) Goldman Acker. On July 12, 1958, she was united in
marriage to James Edward Neally. He preceded her in death in 1998.
Marjorie was of the Methodist faith and was employed at Sheller-Globe in Keokuk for
forty-four years. She was a hard-working woman who enjoyed spending time with her
family and friends. In her retirement years, she enjoyed traveling, taking bus tours
throughout the country.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter Marilyn (Jerry) Thompson of Carthage, Illinois; her
son James (Brenda) Neally of Keokuk; seven grandchildren: Michelle (Windell) Taylor of
Oxford, Arkansas, Brady (Wendy) Jones of Albert Lea, Minnesota, Gentry (Carrie)
Jones of Keokuk, Andy (Angela) Jones of Keokuk, Justin (Michele) Neally of Argyle,
Iowa, Ashley (Andy) Hardin of West Point, Iowa, and Amanda (Nate) Padgett of Argyle,
Iowa; her son-in-law Damon Azinger of Keokuk; and numerous great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband James; her infant son John
David Trone; her daughter Peggy Azinger; her grandson Jerry Thompson, Jr.; and her
sister Pauline.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Printy
Funeral Home in Warsaw, with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 am on Wednesday at the funeral home directly
before the service.

Phyllis Pauline Reid

Phyllis Pauline Reid, 95, of Carthage, IL, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026,
surrounded by her family at Memorial Hospital in Carthage.
Pauline was born on July 12, 1930, in Manley, IL. She was the daughter of Lawrence
and Mabel (Paul) Campbell. Pauline graduated from Colchester High School in 1948.
On February 18, 1951, she was united in marriage to William Edwin Reid in
Alamogordo, NM. In her earlier years, Pauline worked as a telephone operator in
Macomb, IL, and then for Holloman Air Force Base. She then stayed home and baby
sat for many years. Pauline returned to work as a circulation manager for Good Apple,
Inc. for 19 years before retiring. She also spent time tutoring through Carl Sandburg
College. Pauline belonged to the United Methodist Church in Carthage. She had a
strong love for the Lord. Pauline enjoyed flowers, gardening, baking, and recipes.
Pauline is survived by her children, Robert (Terri) Reid of Butler, GA, Ken (Carol) Reid
of Normal, IL, Lisa Merriman (Doug Marshall) of Nauvoo, IL, as well as many
grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Virginia Hawhorn, and Helen
Swisegood, and her infant brother, Gerald Campbell.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the United
Methodist Church in Carthage with burial to follow at Moss Ridge Cemetery. A visitation
will be held prior to the service starting at 1pm. Memorials may be made out to the
United Methodist Church or The Baby Fold.

Arthur Joe Herriman

Arthur Joe Herriman, 90, of Dallas City, IL, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026, at
SE Iowa Regional Hospital in Burlington, IA.
Joe was born on October 21, 1935, in Peoria, IL to Edwin and Lucille (Thompson)
Herriman. He attended school in Chillicothe, IL. Joe was an airplane mechanic in the
US Air Force from 1952-1956. He then attended barber college in Chicago, IL and
worked as a barber for many years. Joe also spent time as a fireman, reserve officer,
and a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, watching Nascar, and woodworking.
Joe is survived by his sons, Bill Blake of Arizona, Jeff (Christy) Herriman of Carthage,
Don (Stephanie) Herriman of Dallas City, Chris (Jenny) Herriman of Dallas City, as well
as many grandchildren and great grandchildren, his siblings, Joan Newberry, Steve
Herriman, Mary Huss, and Sharon Herriman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Scott Herriman, an infant son Ronnie,
a granddaughter, as well as several brothers and sisters.
Cremation has been entrusted to Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. The family will hold
a private graveside service at a later date.

Lee F. Wayland

July 11, 1949 — May 26, 2026

 

 Lee Francis Wayland, 76, of Wayland, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka.

     He was born July 11, 1949, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the son of Leland Ragan and Edna May Smith Wayland. He graduated from Clark County High School with the Class of 1967.

     Lee was a hardworking man who spent many years farming and operating Wayland Stone in Wayland, Missouri, until his retirement in 2025. He took great pride in his work and in the friendships he made throughout the years.

     An avid outdoorsman, Lee enjoyed hunting and fishing and especially loved trapshooting. He had been a member of the ATA Trapshooting Association since 1982 and earned the distinction of becoming a 27-yard shooter. Lee also generously gave of his time helping the Clark County Trap Team and supporting local FFA activities, encouraging and mentoring many young shooters over the years.

     He is survived by his longtime companion and the love of his life, Dena Christy of Revere; his children, Ronald Wayland and Jennifer Wayland; and four grandchildren, Hailey, Bobby, Taylor, and Jordyn.

     He was preceded in death by his parents.

      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka. Burial will follow in Peaksville Cemetery.

      Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the family meeting with friends during that time.

Donna Rhea Baker Smith

 

  Donna Rhea Baker Smith 80, of Warsaw, IL passed away unexpectedly Monday May 25, 2026 at Carthage Memorial Hospital in Carthage, IL. 

     She was born December 25, 1945 in Keokuk the daughter of Donald and Maxine Danley Baker.  Donna graduated in 1964 from Keokuk High School.  She continued her education at Southeastern Community College in Keokuk, obtaining her RN degree. 

     On May 24, 1968, Donna was united in marriage to Tony Smith in Alexandria, MO.  He survives.

     In addition to her husband she is also survived by her daughter, Ryanne (Ronnie) Wood of St. Patrick, MO, one grandson, Brendan (Maddie) Hammel of La Harpe, IL, three sisters-in-law, Ginny Schabacker, Linda Smith and Patty (Greg) Lefler, a bonus daughter, Mel McCandless and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents, mother and father-in-law Frank and Monta Smith and brothers-in-law Bob Schabacker and John Smith, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 

     Donna had been employed by several area nursing homes over the years, but most recently at North Adam’s Nursing Home in Mendon, IL until her retirement in 2007.  

     Donna was an excellent cook making the most out of fabulous holiday meals.  Anything from the main course to tempting deserts were enjoyed by all.  Her birthday being on Christmas made the holidays especially fun.   Tony and Donna loved to travel and made many long distance trips over the years including Alaska and Hawaii.  Long cars rides through the back roads of Iowa, Illinois and Missouri were always great adventures taking in the sites, eating at nostalgic diners and enjoying seeing the wild life.  Donna could see a deer or an eagle from miles away.   Donna loved her family and she was very supportive of their goals and dreams.     

     A private family service will be held at a later date.

Roy Clark Walton Jr.

Roy Clark Walton Jr., 79, of Carthage, Illinois, died Tuesday, May 19, 2026, near
Alexandria, Missouri.
He was born December 7, 1946, in Keokuk, Iowa, to Roy Clark Walton Sr. and Alvena
Klingler. He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1972, spending most of that time in
Germany.
On November 19, 2005, Roy married Cinda Bohrer in Peoria, Arizona, and she
survives. He worked as a truck driver and also helped with farming during planting and
harvest. Rodney said Roy especially enjoyed running the large combine. He collected
farm equipment toys, loved his cats, and treasured time with his Carthage Senior High
School Class of 1964 friends. He often spoke of class dinners and the good times they
shared at restaurants around Carthage. In his free time, he enjoyed relaxing and
watching TV.
Survivors include his wife, Cinda Walton; sons Rodney Walton and Roy Clark Walton III;
daughter Katrina Burch; stepson Rick Selbach; stepdaughters Julie Selbach, Christy
Taylor, and Debbie Riches; grandchildren Cassandra Watts, Michael Walton, Preston
Walton, Sara Wynn, Ava Walton, Gracie Walton, Noah Walton, Taylor Selbach, Morgan
Selbach, McKenna Selbach, Kaeleigh Taylor, and Alexander Hessler; and great-
grandchildren Madison Britt, Eli Shallcross, Kaden Shallcross, Brailynn Walton, Dreydon
Clark, Ebony Watts, and Misty Watts.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Rodney Walton will notify family and

Theresa A. Mason, 69, of Hamilton, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Theresa was born on September 12, 1956, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Paul A. and Mary L. (Wilkens) Amann. On February 11, 2002, she married John Mason at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is survived by her husband, John, one son, Kendall (Emily) Bush of Rochester Hills, MI, one grandson, Zachary; five siblings, Phil (Janet) Amann of Hamilton, Jim (Debra) Amann of Hamilton, Susan (Greg) Bolton of Hamilton, Mark (Becky) Amann of Pittsfield, IL, and Sarah (Jeff) Oberman of Fenton, MO; several cousins, and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Janey Wolgemuth, her nephew, Josh Heitman, and her beloved dog Uno.
Theresa was a wonderful spouse and partner to John, mom to Kendall, and loved and treated Emily like a daughter of her own. She cherished spending time with and spoiling her grandson Zac. Theresa will be remembered for dedicating her life to being around and caring for her large family and group of friends. Theresa was a very stylish and sociable person, enjoyed the company of her friends, and loved to travel with her husband, friends, and family. She earned the nickname “Lucky Charm” because she would often win charity raffles with her friends.
Theresa helped John start Angelini's Ristorante Italiano in Keokuk and became a dedicated contributor to the success of the restaurant over the decades.
Theresa was a member of Church of All Saints Catholic parish in Keokuk, the Keokuk Yacht Club, and a Lifetime Member at the Southside Boat Club in Keokuk. She was an avid supporter of the Hamilton Park District and loved the Hamilton Swimming Pool. Being a very charitable person, Theresa also supported St. Jude’s, United Way, the Keokuk Area Chamber of Commerce, the Warsaw Lion’s Club, and Deer Run Golf Course in Hamilton.
The Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, Thursday, May 28, at Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM that evening. A parish rosary will  be recited at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Gary Lynn Salyers, 78, of Carthage, Illinois, formerly of Leland, Illinois, passed away on
Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Graham Hospital in Canton, Illinois.
Gary was born on July 11, 1947, in Kahoka, Missouri, the son of James and Lorine
(Young) Salyers. On June 3, 1967, he was united in marriage to the love of his life
Claudia Jeanne Spencer. She preceded him in death in 2020.
Gary was of the Methodist faith and a member of the Hancock County Gun Club. He
was employed as a plant supervisor in Illinois, Iowa and Indiana, starting his career at
Keokuk Die Casting in 1968 and retiring from West Irving Die Cast in 2009. Always a
hard worker, Gary returned to work part-time through retirement at American Machining.
He would be found relaxing at the river with a fishing pole in his hands and a friend by
his side or playing cards until the wee hours of the morning. He was an avid Chicago
Cubs and WWE wrestling fan. Gary’s biggest joy in life was spoiling and loving his
grandchildren and would say a little prayer every night for his family.
Gary is survived by his daughter Jeannie (Brad) Gilpin of Keokuk; five grandchildren:
Destiney and Kaylee Gilpin, and Brittin, Brooke and Sean Hoekema; his great-
grandchild Clark Gilpin; two sisters: Gail Westercamp of Bonaparte, Iowa, and Sharon
(Eric) Sloat of Carthage; his chihuahuas Diego and Julio; and many nieces, nephews
and cousins.
Gary is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Claudia; his daughter Kelly Hoekema;
his sister Delores “Arlene” Goss; and three brothers: James, Charles and Marvin
Salyers.
Gary’s life will be celebrated with a graveside service at 12:30 pm on Friday, May 29,
2026, at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 10 am to

Keith Lee McMillen, 79, of Carthage, IL, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2026,
surrounded by his family at Memorial Hospital in Carthage.

Christian Church in Carthage with burial to follow at Sutter-Salem Cemetery in Sutter,

Helen Louise Curtis, 96, of Carthage, Il, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 3:10
AM at Wesley Village in Macomb, Il.
Helen Louise Hopkins Curtis was born on February 16, 1930, in Sterling, Illinois, to Vern
Harold Hopkins and Erma Viola (Hoak) Hopkins. She grew up on the family farm, where
from a young age she helped her brothers, Vernon and Donald, with chores and field
work after her father’s accident. These early experiences fostered her lifelong love of
horses, farm animals, and country living. She also enjoyed caring for and playing with
her sister, Ruth. Helen attended a one-room schoolhouse, a considerable walk from her
home, and graduated from Prophetstown High School in 1947.
Following high school, Helen worked in the office of a local grain elevator. In 1948, the
family purchased a farm and moved to Hancock County, where Helen met Robert “Bob”
Claude Curtis, who lived nearby. They married on February 3, 1952, and were blessed
with three children: Robert Alan, Ann Louise, and Lorraine Kay (Lori).
During Bob’s service in the Army, Helen worked at the REA in Carthage and at
Carthage College diner. After his return, they farmed the Curtis family farm
together until their son married, after which they moved to Bob’s parents’ home in
Bentley, where they spent the remainder of their married life. Helen cherished her years
on the farm, raising her children and enjoying countless family adventures. Through all
of this she managed to become quite the poet. She enjoyed writing poetry and had
many poems published in newspapers and magazines.
Helen was deeply involved in her community throughout her life. She served as a 4-H
leader for many years and was an FHA chapter mother at Carthage High School. She
participated in jury duty often, worked in voter registration for Harmony Township, and
contributed to the Carthage Extension Center’s Building and Grounds Committee,
including organizing fundraising for an addition to the center.
A longtime member of Smyrna Primitive Baptist Church in Bentley, Helen contributed in
many capacities over the years. She was a devoted mother to Alan, Ann, and Lori
(Marty), a loving grandmother to Tim (Amy) Curtis, Kim (Curtis) (Brett) Kniess, Brianna
Husband, Audra (Husband) (Sam) McQuaid, and Danielle Husband, and a cherished
great-grandmother to Colton, Bethany, Sam, Ben, and Judson Curtis, as well as Sterling
and Kaia McQuaid, and Zoe and Gemma Kniess. She was also a loving aunt to
numerous nieces and nephews.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, her siblings and their spouses, and her
beloved great-nephew Richie Hopkins, with whom she shared a special bond. Her
memory will live on through the love, joy, and devotion she shared with her family and

community.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Printy Funeral
Home in Carthage with burial following at Moss Ridge Cemetery. A visitation will be held

Barbara Elaine Hanks, 82, of Carthage, Illinois, passed away at 4:06 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa.

 

Barb was born August 21, 1943 in LaHarpe, Illinois, the daughter of Vilas L. and Doris Jean (Pence) Scanlan. On December 27, 1986 she married Herman Hanks at the Burnside Christian Church in Burnside, Illinois. 

 

Barb was a 1961 graduate of Nauvoo-Colusa High School. Following high school, she was employed as secretary at Carthage College in Carthage, Illinois, before a 28 year secretarial career at the Dallas City Elementary and later the Dallas City High School. Lastly, she was employed in Human Resources at Methode in Carthage until her retirement in 2009. 

 

Mrs. Hanks enjoyed tending to her flowers, bird watching and especially the time spent with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Burnside Christian Church. 

 

She is survived by her husband, Herman, of Carthage; one son: Benjamin (Jennifer) Boyer of Burlington, Iowa, three step-sons: Michael (Cynthia) Hanks of Carthage, Charles (Kristie) Hanks of Cairo, Georgia and Frank Hanks of Carthage; ten grandchildren: Mitchell (Aleetha) Hanks, Brandon Hanks, Allison (Avery) Jacobs, Benjamin (Emma) Hanks, Austin Hanks, Brent Boyer, Avrey (Griffin Humphreys) Boyer, Christella Boyer, Maisson Boyer and Aubree Hanks; three great-grandchildren; one brother: Eugene (Mary Jo) Scanlan of Burnside; one sister: Janice Scanlan of Carthage and several nieces and nephews. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son: Brent Boyer.

Margaret Mary (McDowell) Finton

Margaret Mary (McDowell) Finton, 79, of Warsaw, Illinois lost her battle with ALS on
May 15, 2026, in Manhattan, Illinois, surrounded by her family and friends. She was
born on October 20, 1946, in Keokuk, Iowa, to Edward and Dorothy (Sinclair) McDowell.
After graduating from Cardinal Strich High School in 1964, Margaret (Margie) worked at
several local businesses- Betty Gays, Sheller-Globe, Deckers, Todd Uniform, and finally
Methode. During her retirement years she was a dedicated bus aide for Warsaw
Elementary School.
On August 12, 1983, Margie married Craig Finton at Seven Falls in Nauvoo, Illinois.
Though Craig preceded her in death in 2008, the love they shared remained a
cornerstone of her life.
Margie loved life- whether cruising around town in her 1973 Corvette listening to music,
watching the New York Yankees, or enjoying her favorite treat: a cheeseburger and
cherry coke. However, her greatest joy came from her family, especially her
grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and cherished spending time with.
Those who knew Margie understood what true friendship meant. She had a gift for
kindness and was a loyal friend to anyone who needed one. Her legacy lives on in the
hearts of her family and all whose lives she touched. Margie was a member of Sacred
Heart Catholic Church.
Margie is survived by her son Robert Wendell (Jessie) Frank, III, of Blandinsville, IL; her
daughter Christina Katherine (Billie) Bavery of Manhattan, IL; two granddaughters:
Katherine and Madeline Bavery; two sisters: Kathleen Farfel and Dorothy (Jim) Wallace;
her sister-in-law and close friend Martha (Les) Beeler; and her beloved dog Nicky. Other
survivors include several nephews and extended family.
Margie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Craig; her brother Edward
McDowell; and her in-laws Esther and Dan Finton.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Printy Funeral
Home in Warsaw, with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw. Visitation will be
held at the funeral home from 3 to 5:30 pm on Thursday directly before the service.

Darlene Clippert

1923-2026

  Darlene Clippert 103, of Keokuk, Iowa passed away, Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at her home. 

     She was born March 19, 1923, the daughter of Varnum and Carrie Hicks Krumm. On December 29, 1954 she was united in marriage to Keith “Monk” Clippert in Keokuk.  He preceded her in death on October 17, 2014. 

     Darlene had been employed as a bookkeeper for Decker Manufacturing for almost forty-years until her retirement.  

     Darlene bowled most of her life, finally calling it quits in her 90’s.  She loved going to the State Tournaments all over Iowa.  They would all make is a girl’s weekend out of it and there would be a lot of adventures and fun over the years. Darlene always enjoyed a good game of Canasta and she played to win.  The Canasta girls were like family.  They celebrated many birthday lunches and Christmas dinners together through the years. Darlene had played with some of them for over fifty years.  She was known to some as a card shark and no one wanted to throw at her.  Darlene also loved traveling, gardening and tending to her gardens and flower beds.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

     She is survived by her son, Kent Clippert of Keokuk; two daughters, Joni Knee (Richard) of Shelbyville, MO, and Lori Hagey (Buck) of Washington, IL; six grandchildren, Jonah Bigelow, Kent Clippert, Anthony Clippert, Jill Seabold, Mindy Jones, and Carrie Crawford; nine great?grandchildren, Charollotte, Kenneth, Daneil, Madison, Allie, Maverick, Kole, Hank, and Bradie; five great?great?grandchildren, Roman, Keith, Bleyn, Ryker, and Maddyx; a sister, Betty Jane Chas of Boca Raton, FL; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

     Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Donna Foulkes; a granddaughter, Tonya Bigelow; a daughter?in?law, June Clippert; and one brother, Varnum Krumm, Jr.

     Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Vigen Funeral Home in Keokuk, with Mary Jo Riesberg officiating. Burial will follow in the Keokuk National Cemetery.

     Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, with the family meeting with friends at that time.

Drucilla “Dru” Cook

1949-2026

   Drucilla “Dru” Ann Cook, 76, of Keokuk, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at River Hills Village in Keokuk.

     She was born August 17, 1949, in Keokuk, the daughter of Jack Edward and Vera Mae Post Ricker. Dru graduated from Keokuk High School with the Class of 1967.

     On December 22, 1973, Dru was united in marriage to Jay Frank Cook at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Keokuk. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2020.

     Dru was employed at Hy?Vee as a clerk for thirty?three years, retiring in 2014.

     She was active in the Women’s International Bowling Congress (WIBC) and served as secretary at the Southside Boat Club. Dru had a lifelong love of bowling and spent countless hours participating in leagues, tournaments, and cheering on fellow bowlers. Bowling was more than a hobby, it was something that brought her great joy and many lasting friendships.

     Dru also loved quilting, embroidery, and sewing and took pride in the time and care she put into everything she created. She enjoyed playing card games, trying her luck gambling, and spending time laughing and visiting with family and friends.

     She was also known for her many tattoos, each one holding a special meaning and reflecting the people, memories, and moments that were important in her life. She was an avid sports fan who faithfully followed the St. Louis Cardinals and the Iowa Hawkeyes. Dru especially loved supporting her grandchildren in all of their activities and rarely missed the opportunity to attend their sporting events or dance recitals.    

     Dru is survived by her son, Ryan (Margaret) Cook; her daughter, Cara (Brad) Johnson; her grandchildren, Jake Cook (Amy Griffin), Megan Cook (Dorian Stice), Rylee Johnson (Tallon Blaise), and Jaelyn Profeta (Nicholas), all of Keokuk; and a great-grandson, Brewer Profeta. She is also survived by her siblings, Denice (Mike) Samuels, Dawn (Jeff) Marlin, David “Patrick” Ricker, Penny (Craig) Williams, Alan (Janet) Hoambreacker, and Steve (Nancy) Hoambrecker; her sister?in?law, Cindy Hoewing; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and close friends, Cindy Nickel, Barb Gates, and Debbie Suter.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Don Hoambreacker and her sister, Diana Hester.

     A Gathering of Remembrance will be held Sunday, May 17, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.  at the Elks Lodge BPOE #106 in Keokuk. A celebration of life will be held at 2:30 p.m. with Cathie Courtois officiating. After the service friends are invited to stay for a time of food and fellowship with the family.

Drew J. Lewis

1996-2026

 

Drew J. Lewis, 30, of Keokuk, IA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison, IA.

     He was born January 13, 1996, in Fort Madison, IA, the son of Donald Lewis Jr. and Amanda Briscoe Lewis. He graduated from Keokuk High School with the Class of 2014.

     On October 5, 2019, Drew married the love of his life, Mikelle Weber, in Montrose, IA. She survives.

     Other survivors include his two sons, Hudson and Asher; his parents, Donald Lewis Jr. and Amanda Lewis of Keokuk; his in-laws, Kimberly “Kim” and Dennis Kirchner, and David and Binky Weber; his grandparents, Lyndle and Roberta Bitting, Gertrude Lewis and Robin Briscoe; his grandmother-in-law, Lonna Diveney; grandfather-in-law, David Weber, Sr.; his brother-in-law, Darion Weber (Jessica); a nephew, Abel Lewis; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends.

     He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Donald Lewis, Sr. and John Briscoe; two uncles, Jason Bitting and Jamey Briscoe; his grandfather-in-law, Michael Diveney; and his grandmother-in-law, Sharon Weber.

     Drew had been employed by Keokuk Water Works as a Water Treatment Operator since May 21, 2014.

     Drew was always fixing and repairing things and making improvements around the home for his family. He usually had a project in the works and took pride in caring for those he loved. He enjoyed baseball, especially following the St. Louis Cardinals, and he kept up with the latest football and sports news. He also enjoyed golfing and looked forward to any chance he had to get out on the course. Boating was another favorite pastime, and he loved spending time on the river whenever he could.

     Drew shared an especially close bond with his parents and spent as much time with them as he could. He was truly the center of their world, and the love they shared as a family was evident to everyone who knew them. Most of all, Drew treasured the time he spent with his boys, who were the center of his world.          

     A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Keokuk.

     According to his wishes, there will be no visitation.

     A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Jane “Janie” Ann Sartory

1954-2026

Jane “Janie” Ann Sartory, 71 of Keokuk, IA passed away Monday, May 4, 2026 at her home. 

     She was born to Leo and Bette Ewers McNally on June 1, 1954 in Keokuk, IA.  She graduated from Cardinal Stritch with the class of 1972. 

     On September 2, 1978 Janie was united in marriage to Francis John “Frank” Sartory at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.  He preceded her in death on May 17, 2020.  

     Throughout her working years, Janie was employed by a number of local businesses, including Floral Expressions, Fairfield Inn, and Tri State Medical Group.

     She was a longtime member of All Saints Catholic Church in Keokuk.

    Janie’s greatest loves were her family and friends as well as all her basset hounds over the years. She loved spending time with them all. She had many wonderful memories of times spent at her parent’s house, whether it was in the garage working the “hip-flip” or in the yard having a barbeque. Rumor has it, there may have been a garden hose sprayed through the kitchen door. Janie was always fortunate that those times usually included a private Mass in the living room. She was an avid crafter, often having sales in her family’s homes and still had a basement full of new and unfinished projects. Janie had a passion for cookbooks, and it showed in her wonderful family dinners and desserts that she shared with many.  When it came to planning a family vacation, she always chose a Disney trip. Janie knew all the secrets of getting around all the parks on campus and how to get in and out of the lines quickly. As for a quick trip, it was nothing for Janie to hop in the car and head down the highway simply for a quick meal. Janie was blessed with a great group of long-lasting friends and family members, many who had been by her side from the very beginning and continued to check up on her until her final days.

     She is survived by one daughter, Andrea Sartory (Adam) of Keokuk, one son, David Sartory (Alvin and Cleo) of Keokuk and six grandchildren, Jacob Sartory, Jonah Sartory, Stevie Harrison, Lakin Bailey, Laurlai Bailey and Lydia Bailey.  She is also survived by four sisters-in-law, Nanette Wollbrink (Kent), Vicki Sartory, Barb McNally and Mary Kay McNally. 

     In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, David McNally and Steve McNally, her uncle, William “Bill” Ewers and one brother-in-law, Vick Sartory.

     There will be no services at this time.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vigen Memorial Home for final expenses.

Susan Gayle Wray Dresser

 

  Susan Gayle Wray Dresser, 85 of Keokuk, IA passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at River Hills Village in Keokuk. 

     She was born January 21, 1941 in Keokuk, IA the daughter of James and Ethelyn Wray. 

     Sue married Harry Dresser, III on September 12, 1959 in Montrose, IA.  Together they built a life centered around family, dairy farming and traveling when time allowed.

     She was a devoted mother to Tim (Rona) Dresser, Mike (Ruth) Dresser, and Lynn Dresser.  Sue was also a proud grandmother to Brent, Matt (Cheryl), Rachel (Greg), and Dayle, and cherished her great-grandchildren, Jaiden, Tucker, and Camren.  She is also survived by her siblings, Jae Powell, Nancy Beesley, and Tom Wray. 

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry and brother, Jim Wray.

    Sue was an athlete at heart throughout her entire life.  One of her greatest joys was ice skating through the creeks of Montrose and neighborhood ponds.

    Sue was known for delicious home cooked meals and gladly shared with others.  No one ever left her table hungry, and dessert was simply expected after every meal.  Summers were spent working the garden and freezing and canning the produce all while helping own and operate Bonny Crest Dairy Farm alongside her family. 

     She treasured time spent hosting birthdays, holidays, and the family’s annual wiener roast and hayride-gatherings that created lifelong memories.  One of Sue’s most cherished traditions was lighting the Dresser Christmas Star each year on her friend’s birthday, a tradition that spanned more than fifty years and continues today with her grandson proudly carrying it on.

     Sue and Harry also shared a love for travel, especially motorcycle trips and dairy tours, enjoying adventure together throughout the years.

    Sue will be remembered for her strong work ethic, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family, and the traditions she created that will continue for generations.

     Fulfilling her wishes there will be no visitation or services.

Terry Fayne Tinsley

Terry Fayne Tinsley, 78, of Nauvoo, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at
the VA Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa.
Terry was born on May 22, 1947, in Aurora, Missouri, the son of Dorsey F. and Bernice
(Behrman) Tinsley. On July 5, 1967, he was united in marriage to Teresa Schmitz at the
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Springfield, Illinois. She survives.
Terry was of the Catholic faith and a member of the American Legion Post #41 and the
American Legion Riders in Keokuk. He faithfully served his country in the United States
Navy for six years during the Vietnam era, serving on the USS Holland, a nuclear
submarine tender. He went on to complete another eleven years in the National Guard.
Terry held many jobs throughout his career, his final being a metal polisher for antiques.
His free time was spent riding his beloved Harley-Davidson motorcycles and showing off
his Model A delivery vehicle and 1946 Hudson truck hotrod at local car shows.
Terry is survived by his wife Teresa Tinsley of Nauvoo; his son Tim (Penny) Tinsley of
Warsaw; three grandchildren: Jeffrey Tinsley of Quincy, Illinois, Mariah (Dylan)
Kalebaugh of Fowler, Illinois, and Cheyenne (Marcy) Tinsley Hamilton; two great-
grandchildren: Hope and Bearon of Fowler; his sister Randie Glassford of Quincy; and
several nieces and nephews.
Terry is preceded in death by his parents, his son Terry James Tinsley and his sister
Sherrie Kimble.
Funeral services will be held at 12 pm (Noon) on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Printy
Funeral Home in Hamilton, with burial to follow at Nauvoo City Cemetery in Nauvoo,
Illinois. Military honors at the graveside will be provided by the American Legion Post
#41 and the United States Navy. Visitation will be held at Printy Funeral Home in
Hamilton on Saturday, May 9, from 10 am to noon directly before the service.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or P.A.W.S Animal
Shelter.
