MEAL WORKSHOP

Carthage, IL – Memorial Hospital’s Health &  Wellness Center is making mealtime easier with the return of the ever-popular PREP & GO Meal Workshop on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Teaching Kitchen, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050, Carthage, IL.
With busy summer schedules, meal planning can be overwhelming. This hands-on workshop, led by Registered Dietitians Ashlyn Housewright and Julie Shoemaker, will help participants prepare 5 nutritious and delicious meals to take home, serving 2-4 people, making busy nights stress- free.
What’s Included?
The cost is $85 for 5 meals (each meal serves 2-4 people). Ready to be cooked and enjoyed at home, the menu features a variety of flavorful options, including:
1. Chicken Drumsticks with Veggies
2. Mini Meatloaf
3. Fajitas
4. Chicken Sausage & Tortellini Skillet
5. Pork Chops with Potatoes and Green Beans
