On Friday, May 16, from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Memorial Hospital’s Health & Wellness Center invites you to Fun with Flavor: A Condiment Experience — an interactive, small-group cooking and grazing event centered around everyone’s favorite finishing touch: condiments.
Led by Head Chef Amber Clark, this hands-on workshop will guide 12 lucky guests through a deliciously inventive lunch experience that celebrates bold, crave-worthy sauces and spreads. From classic favorites to creative twists, you’ll learn how to turn everyday condiments into culinary stars.
