MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ENCOURAGES WELLNESS WITH COMMUNITY HEALTH

SCREENINGS

Carthage, IL – On Wednesday, May 14, Memorial Hospital will offer community health
screenings at the Bott Community Center at 705 Lafayette St in Warsaw. Screenings will include
A1C, lipid panel, hearing, and vision tests for $25.
These screenings are available to the public, but participants must register and pay in advance.
Due to limited availability, early registration is encouraged. Participants should also note that
fasting 10 to 12 hours prior to the lipid panel is required to ensure accurate results.
