RELOCATION

Carthage, IL – Memorial Hospital is implementing a change in the location and bill pay process for its Patient Accounts office. Effective immediately, patients visiting the hospital to pay a bill or make payment arrangements should check in at the front welcome desk at the
hospital’s main entrance. A Patient Accounts representative will be notified and available to
assist them shortly.
This change is designed to enhance efficiency and improve the patient experience.
