City of Quincy Declares Next Week as “Chaddock Appreciation Week”

The City of Quincy will officially recognize the extraordinary contributions of
Chaddock by proclaiming the week of September 3rd – 8th as "Chaddock Appreciation Week." The announcement will be made at the Quincy City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Michael A. Troup, who will issue an official proclamation at the beginning of the meeting.
In celebration of Chaddock Appreciation Week, the iconic Bayview Bridge will be illuminated in Chaddock red throughout the week, serving as a glowing tribute to the organization's dedication and service to our hometown community. With programs that serve over 400 children daily and a staff of over 300 dedicated professionals, Chaddock’s Developmental Trauma and Attachment Program continues to bring hope and healing to children and families, having made a profound impact on the local community and around the world.
“We are deeply honored by this recognition and are incredibly proud of the work our team does every day to support children and families in need,” said Jeff VanCamp, Executive Director of the Chaddock Children’s Foundation. “The Bayview Bridge illuminated in Chaddock red is a powerful symbol of our commitment to the community and the families we serve.”
