Memorial Institute of Health &  Healing is pleased to now be offering the
Transition Phase of the Optifast® Program. This phase is a component of the comprehensive Optifast ® Program, designed to support patients in their journey toward sustainable weight loss and improved health.
The Optifast ® Program is a doctor-supervised meal plan that has been helping patients achieve their weight loss goals for over 40 years. The Transition Phase adds one regular meal, about 400 calories, into your diet while still using Optifast® meal replacements. This phase also includes personalized support from Dr. Yoon Hang Kim, and nurse navigators who offer advice, motivation, and guidance.
