MEMORIAL HOSPITAL RECEIVES 5-STAR RATING FOR THE FIFTH

CONSECUTIVE YEAR

IL—For the fifth consecutive year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
(CMS) has honored Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Illinois, with a 5-star rating for patient
satisfaction.
This 5-star designation is based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) scores. The CMS rating system places five stars at the highest rating. “Our team’s dedication to delivering quality care is beyond compare,” stated Raigan Brown, Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Hospital. “Achieving a 5-star rating is a significant honor, but to earn this award for five years in a row is extraordinary!
