Stomp out Stigma is an initiative organized by the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness (ABHW) to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and substance use disorders. This campaign challenges us to transform the dialogue on mental health and addiction by turning a whisper or even silence into a conversation. Stomp out Stigma aims to encourage people to talk about mental illnesses and substance use disorders by having a better view of the two and not being afraid of the stigma surrounding them. When we do this together, we can reduce the stigma.
