Carthage, IL – Tuesday, June 14, 2022 – Memorial Hospital will host “Walk with the Dietitian,” which will start at 12:10 pm on Wednesday, June 22 at the Memorial Hospital campus at 1454 N. County Road 2050 in Carthage, Illinois.

Kara Andrew, Memorial Hospital registered dietitian, will lead “Walk with the dietitian.” These walks will be held every 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of the month from 12:10 pm to approximately 1:00 pm or whenever an individual wants to drop out of the walk. The walk will take place on the Memorial Hospital campus around the lake. If you are interested in participating, meet under the pavilion next to the lake. Each session will begin with a brief 10-minute educational session on a nutrition/lifestyle medicine topic, and then go out to the path and walk. The walk will be informal, with the participants able to ask questions, etc. The participants can leave the walk at any time. Any ages welcome, and all physical abilities. There is no charge for these events.
