Jay Harnack, new superintendent of the Illini West High School  District introduces himself to the community.  He described his life growing up and being educated in Illinois.  He eventually moved to Wyoming to serve as a superintendent of a school district.  He also explained the efforts to reopen schools in the fall with in-person instruction.
