Matt Obert with Chaddock announces the opening of their  Carthage school for students with learning difficulties in the surrounding areas.  Chaddock operates a residential program for students from 1st to 12th grade in Quincy and a day school program as well.  They determined the need for a centrally located school in the Hancock and northern western Illinois area. That school will open in August 2021 initially serving 7 students with a maximum of 40 1st to 12th graders. The site in Carthage will also provide support for foster programs in the region.
