Jamie Roth Public Relations Manager with WIRC-CAA Victim Services describes the annual Silvie's Ride fundraising event to benefit the WIRC-CAA Silvie's Fund to assist victims of abuse.  Silvie Yocum, a five year old from McDonough County was a fatal victim of domestic abuse in 2006.
