Mike Eddy of the Macomb Rotary describes the 2021 raffle for a new car or $20,000. 500 tickets are being sold for $100 dollars each. The money is being raised for scholarships. The Kiwanis Club will have a live drawing on Facebook live to announce the winning tickets on May 25th!!!
