Curtis Ayers, 93, of Keokuk, passed away Monday, September 7th, 2026, at the Montrose Health Center.

Curtis was born January 22, 1933, the son of Curtis J. and Laella J. (Fleming) Ayers in Keokuk, IA.  Curtis graduated from Hamilton High School with the class of 1952. On March 31, 1970, Curtis married Frances Hendrickson, they were later divorced. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.

Curtis is survived by his son, Brian Ayers, of Keokuk; grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail, Makenzie, Lizabeth.

He was preceded in death by his parents;

Family will meet friends at Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Wednesday afternoon, September 23, 2026. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton.
