Timothy Lee Glisan

Timothy Lee Glisan, 60, of Macomb, IL, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026,
at Countryside Care Center in Macomb.
Timothy was born on July 10, 1965, in Carthage, IL. He was the son of Leon Glisan and
Jan Hoffman. Tim graduated from Abingdon High School. Tim spent time working many
odd jobs throughout his life. He enjoyed listening to music and reading. He liked to
watch rodeos and football, rooting for his mom’s teams. Tim had a great sense of humor
and was kindhearted and respectful to all those that knew him.
Tim is survived by his mother, Jan Hoffman of Carthage, his sister, Teresa (Travis)
Smith, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leon, his siblings, Terry Glisan, Tammy Potts, and
an infant sister, Lisa Jane, as well as his stepfather, Leroy Hoffman.
A graveside service will be held at 11:15 am on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the
Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery near Basco, IL. Visitation will be held from 9 –
11am on Saturday prior to the service at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. Memorials
may be made out to the family for funeral expenses. Printy Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.
