Joyce L. McLearn

1934 – 2025

 

     Joyce L. McLearn, 91 of Montrose passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison, Iowa.

     She was born January 11, 1934 in Tipton, IA, the daughter of Raymond and Grace Achey Wehde. 

     Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon “Bud” McLearn and a sister in infancy, Darlene Wehde.

     Memorials may be made to Youth Activities Commission (checks payable to City of Montrose) or to Mediapolis Athletic Booster Club.

     As per her wishes, there will be no service and a private burial will be held at a later date.

     The Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk is assisting the family with arrangements.
