Glenna Marie Green, 72, of Warsaw, IL, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at
Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.
Glenna was born on January 24, 1953, in Carthage, IL. She was the daughter of Melvin
L. and Mary Magdeline (Morrison) Sapp. Glenna was united in marriage to James
Green in December of 1984, and he preceded her in death on March 23, 2022. Glenna
retired from Walmart, where she had worked for many years. She enjoyed playing
bingo, visiting the slots, reading, and watching Hallmark movies. She was also a loving
dog owner. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. 
Glenna is survived by her daughter, Daniela Waltrip (Michael) of Warsaw; her brother,
Troy Sapp of Denver, IL; and several nieces and nephews, including Aaron Devericks,
Stacy Sapp, Tammy Sapp, Kelly Jones, and Dylan Sapp.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James, her brothers, Steven
Sapp and Melvin Sapp, sister Sandra Young, sister-in-law Patty Sapp, and her special
nephew, Jesse Devericks.
