Robert "Bob" L. Leffler Sr

Robert “Bob” L. Leffler Sr., 71, of Warsaw, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at his home in Warsaw surrounded by his wife and children.

Bob was born on May 20, 1950, in Keokuk, Iowa, the son of Bennie Wayne and Mary Jane (Gilliland) Leffler. He went on to work at Griffin Wheel for twenty-one years, and drove a truck for another fifteen years. Bob belonged to the Warsaw Assembly of God Church. He grew up in Keokuk (“West K”) and raised his family in Warsaw. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether it be fishing, hunting for mushrooms, boating or riding his Kawasaki motorcycle. He was also an avid fan  of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Iowa Hawkeyes. Bob had a knack for storytelling, a skill he honed on many a barstool in the Tri-State area;  he was a regular patron at the Warsaw VFW.
