Thomas Warren Shoen, 63, of Geneseo, Illinois, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021, in Geneseo.

Thomas was born April 19, 1958, in Carson City, Michigan, the son of Gordon William and Wilma Irene (Gavitt) Shoen.  After high school Thomas went on to attain his master’s degree in Engineering at Western Illinois University and was a tool designer for the Rock Island Armory.

Thomas is survived by two sons, Brandon (Michele) Shoen of Hamilton, Illinois and Andrew (Stephanie) Shoen of Carthage, Illinois; four grandchildren, Reid, Trent, Caleb and Calvin Shoen; a brother, Jeff (Diane) Shoen of Moweaqua, Illinois; and a sister, Nancy West of Dublin, Ohio.

Family will meet friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Thursday evening, December 30, 2021, at Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton.  Memorials may be directed to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton is in charge of arrangements.
