Dwight Estes, 69, of Nauvoo, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the
Hospice House in Burlington, Iowa.
Dwight was born November 11, 1951, in Ft. Madison, Iowa, the son of Harley and
Maurine (Nooning) Estes. He graduated from Aquinas High School. Dwight
served in the Army Reserves. He enjoyed motorcycles and was a member of
ABATE and the Christian Motorcycle Association.
Dwight is survived by one brother, Larry Estes (RoseAnn) and a sister, Carolyn
Steffensmeier.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sibling, Lou Braeden.

Dwight generously donated his body to the University of Iowa to promote
Parkinson’s Disease research in the department of Neurology. Private family
services will be held. Printy Funeral Home of Hamilton is in charge of
arrangements.
