John F. Kryzaniak III

John F. Kryzaniak III,  was born on June 13, 2005 to Brittany Poulson and John Krzyzaniak Jr., in Macomb, Illinois.
John passed away Monday, August 24, 2020 at his home surrounded by family and friends after his brave fight with brain cancer. John attended Illini West High School in Carthage, Illinois. John enjoyed putting legos together, especially with his little brother Lukas. He enjoyed gaming on his PS4, riding bikes with his friends, climbing trees, swimming, he liked to draw, he enjoyed photography. He was a huge Marvel fan and his favorite band was Twenty One Pilots. He liked all of the Marvel movies and Groot was his favorite. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. John’s dream was to enlist in the United States Navy, see the world and become a Robotic Engineer.
John received treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tn. While at St.
Jude he was chosen to throw the first pitch at the Memphis Redbirds game where he got to
meet Jason Motte, he met players from the St. Louis Cardinals. He enjoyed getting to go to the
top of the Bass Pro Pyramid, among many other opportunities he was able to do while he was in treatment.
John is survived by his parents Brittany Poulson (Shannon Caldwell) of La Harpe, John
Krzyzaniak Jr. of Macomb, Illinois. Seven brothers, Lukas Krzyzaniak, Anthony Caldwell, Aidan
Shoemaker of La Harpe, Ryan Krzyzaniak,Maverick Heath, Drew Ramos of Macomb, and Rylan Ford of Carthage, two sisters Cierra Anders of Monmouth and Veronica Ramos of Macomb. His grandparents Hugh (Skeeter) Poulson of La Harpe, Jeanette Poulson of Ft. Green, Kelly Lant of Monmouth Il ,Linda Jones of New York, and John Krzyzaniak Sr. of Macomb Il, Great Grandmother Shirely Caldwell of Monmouth. His Uncles and Aunts, Steven (Lana) Eaves of Ft.Green, David Eaves of Ft. Green, Louise Jhade of Cameron, Il, Erin Bainter of La Harpe, Il, Cousins, Amber (Chris) Eaves Addy, Keegan, Max, and Madelyn Decker, La Harpe Il and many other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins. Also surviving are his crew, Jadon Timmermen, Jackson Livingston, Samuel Lessen, Spencer and Peyton Brown, a special friend he made when he came home from Memphis, Jacob Zalewski who always brought him Pepperoni Pizza and went on the hunt for his favorite fudge when he craved it, and his companion dogs, Jade and Yoda.
John is preceded in death by his Great-Grandmother Donna Eaves and his Grandmother Cathy
Krzyzaniak, Great Grandparents Hugh Poulson Sr. and Mildred Poulson.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the LaHarpe Cemetery with Rev. Rick Goettsche officiating. No visitation is planned. Family and friends are welcome at the Kryzaniak home following the service. In lieu of flowers, John would like everyone to donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to his little brother (Lukas) education fund.
