Charles W. Dennis, 78, of Hamilton, passed away at 4:00 PM Monday,
March 23, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
Charles was born July 21, 1947, in Keokuk, Iowa. He was the son of Elmer
and Esther (Klinger) Dennis. Immediately after graduating high school he
entered the US Navy serving over twenty years and receiving his
Honorable Discharge in 1992.
Charles is survived by his wife, Laura, of Hamilton; two sons, David and
Derek Dennis, both of Hamilton; and two granddaughters, Arianna and
Ava.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held at Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton from 4:00 – 6:00
PM Monday, March 30, 2026. Burial at sea will be held at a later date by
the U.S. Navy. Printy Funeral Home of Hamilton is in charge of
arrangements.
