Tori Jo (Johnson) Sohm, 34, of Troy, Missouri, formerly of Carthage, passed away
Saturday, March 14, 2020.
Tori was born September 24, 1985, the daughter of Jim and Karla (Reed) Johnson
in Carthage. She attended Carthage High School graduating in 2004. She then
received her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University in Fashion
Merchandising. She owned and operated Tori Jo’s Chic Boutique in Troy and sold
Younique Make-Up products. Tori loved crafting and sold her products at her
boutique.
Tori is survived by her husband, Calvin Sohm, of Troy, Missouri; step-son, Gavin
Sohm of Troy; mother, Karla Johnson of Carthage; her brother, Travis Johnson of
Carthage; her grandmother, Shirley Stephenson of Carthage; a niece, Harper Jo
Johnson of Carthage; and her dogs, Bentlee, Kenzee and Paizlee.
She was preceded in death by a preborn baby Sohm; her father, Jim Johnson; and
her dog, Rylee.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Trinity
Lutheran Church in Carthage with burial to follow in Moss Ridge Cemetery in
Carthage. Family will meet friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday evening at Printy
Funeral Home in Carthage. A memorial fund has been established. Printy Funeral
Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.
